Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your PPL account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes:

• Your account credentials and profile information
• All workout sessions, exercises, sets, and related data
• Subscription entitlement records held by PPL

Subscription cancellation is separate. If you have an active Pro subscription, you must cancel it independently in your App Store or Google Play account settings before or after requesting deletion — we cannot cancel platform subscriptions on your behalf.
